Now that I am nearly finishing my course, I would like to inform you that taking part in the Compassionate Leadership Programme has been one of the best investments that I have made for my personal and professional development. It has had a very positive impact on me, and I have learned many valuable techniques and practical tips, particularly around managing team dynamics, building trust, and creating psychological safety. It has also helped me to be more aware of others.
